Our expertise and mastery of the latest digital tools, including cloud technologies and robotisation, allow us to play an important role in complex international projects. You will not be addressing these questions on your own, but in close cooperation with our client and experts from our other teams, making optimal use of technology.

Project & Programme Management

Good project management is not necessarily a given. A failing project can have a major impact on a client’s reputation and confidence levels.

The Project & Programme Management (PPM) team helps public, commercial and financial organisations to design, manage and deliver complex projects and programmes. You will work on a variety of projects, many of which make headlines.

As a PPM consultant, you will get to know every aspect of portfolio, programme and project management. As your career advances, you will advise on programmes or projects throughout their life cycles, prioritise portfolios, seek alignment with organisational strategy, and grow familiar with the corresponding advisory process.

People & Organisation

The People & Organisation (P&O) team helps clients to reinvent themselves in a digital world marked by rapid change. We advise and help their organisations to design, develop and implement their change initiatives without sacrificing the human dimension, with better operational performance as the goal.

At P&O, you will focus on supporting and managing large-scale transformations of this kind. You will develop client-specific training programmes and communication tools.

Our P&O team is at the forefront of change management and leadership in the Dutch market. With about fifty specialists on board, it is a pleasant workplace setting in which sparring, knowledge-sharing and feedback are welcomed. We spend a lot of time and effort on training and coaching so that you can continue to grow as a consultant. In short, we are people-centric in every respect.

As part of this team, you will apply your analytical skills towards solving complex problems with your client, for example how to utilise big data. As a data expert, you will often find yourself cooperating with experts from our Finance, Risk, Technology, Strategy Consulting and other teams.

Examples of some of our projects:

• A retailer wants to investigate whether cross-selling can be improved. Which products are frequently sold in combination, and what happens if they are displayed side-by-side in the brick-and-mortar or online shop?
• A bank wants to streamline its internal and external processes to minimise arrears in payment. Which customers only require an e-mail reminder and which ones should the bank phone immediately?
• A construction company wants a risk analysis of ongoing projects. What early signs of losses do the data reveal?

As a member of the Data & Analytics team, you will constantly improve your knowledge and polish your analytical skills. You will also receive training so that you stay up to date on relevant digital trends.

As a member of the Technology team, you will advise the management of leading businesses on strategic and operational technology issues.

This may involve advising the CIO on how to structure IT processes and which new digital capabilities are worth investing in. It may also mean advising on how IT can support business processes and which best practices are favoured by industry-leading applications.

Our Risk consultants advise businesses on risk-related matters, for example cybersecurity and new technology risks.

As a Risk consultant, you will work in a team on projects for both Dutch and international financial institutions, for example banks and other prominent commercial organisations. The members of our Risk Consulting team represent various areas of expertise and a wide variety of legal, economic and/or quantitative backgrounds, the perfect formula for a highly instructive and rewarding work setting.

No two days are alike in this environment and you and your teammates will make all the difference when it comes to our clients’ Risk and Compliance matters. Besides working directly for our clients, you will also help develop new risk management solutions.

The Customer team advises our clients on their growth strategy and managing business transformations. You can choose between the Digital Customer & Pricing team for commercial organisations (CIPS) or the Customer & Operations team for the financial sector (FS).

Digital Customer & Pricing

Our Digital Customer & Pricing team works on issues affecting commercial organisations. You will advise them on how to improve their approach to marketing, sales, customer service and pricing. For example, you will work on developing new products and pricing or business models.

Our team is growing rapidly and sees personal development as a priority. We are more than ambitious, however; we are also socially engaged and inclusive.

Customer & Operations team

The Customer & Operations team works with clients to solve critical problems affecting front-office and back-office transformations in the financial sector. Project examples include devising a new revenue model for a private insurer, designing a new target operating model for a bank, and developing a new ecosystem for a commercial insurer.

The financial sector is changing rapidly owing to various factors, including public pressure and new technologies, and that makes Customer & Operations’ work particularly interesting. You will have the opportunity to leverage innovative ideas that help organisations tackle these changes.

As part of the Strategy Consulting team, you will focus on critical strategic issues affecting businesses. You will work on challenging and varied projects: helping a business identify attractive new markets, advising a private equity client on cutting-edge investments in new technologies, or helping corporates through the toughest corporate mergers and acquisitions.
