With my extensive experience at insurance companies and as a consultant, I focus on helping clients implement legislation and regulations, M&A processes and optimising the workforce. Relevant topics include aligning future staffing needs versus where companies are now, determining what the value proposition should be to attract and retain the 'right' staff, and setting up an efficient HR function to support all of that, and understanding what the 'S' of ESG will mean for business operations. All of this is supported by People Analytics, including strategic workforce planning, data analysis and visualisations. In addition to this role, I am a partner in the insurance practice of PwC.
