I am a partner in PwC's international tax practice. I advise my clients on their tax strategy, effective tax rate, access to the European market, international trade, pre- and post-deal structuring and on OECD and EU related developments.
My experience includes tax structuring of acquisitions, project financing, national and international restructurings, mergers and demergers. Given the complexity of such transactions, I work closely with specialists in areas such as VAT and Transfer Pricing in order to provide integrated tax advice to my clients.
