I am Tax Partner at PwC in the Amsterdam Real Estate group dedicated to provide tax services to global investors and asset managers investing and divesting in real estate.
Our services include tax optimization of corporate structures including internal or external refinancing, advice in respect of mergers and acquisitions and assisting clients setting up or investing in regional, country or property-specific real estate investment funds, JVs and separate accounts. Also data driven transformation of the finance and compliance organization and purpose driven implementation of tax strategy are part of my service offering. Areas of expertise include international corporate income tax and real estate transfer tax.
