COVID-19 has implications for the activities of many companies. With the Temporary Emergency measure Bridging for Retention of Work (NOW) you can be reimbursed up to a maximum of 90% of the wage costs if you expect to lose at least 20% turnover over a period of three months due to the corona crisis. "The government wants to help companies that need financial support", says PwC. "This way you can continue to pay employees with both a permanent and a flexible contract and ensure as much job retention as possible.
In our publication 'Points of attention in applying the NOW', we provide you with an overview of some of the points of attention that may be of interest. This includes the wage bill and the decrease in revenues, which can be determined at both group and operating company level. We also pay attention to the auditor's report with the subsidy application."
Do you have a question about the points for attention regarding the application of the NOW? Please contact your regular PwC contact person. Do you not yet have a contact person at PwC? Then ask your question via PwC's special COVID-19 helpdesk.
