- Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd acquired a 50% stake in Amalthea Group BV.
The most active sector in terms of the number of deals in July was Accommodation, with ten deals, as evidenced by:
- The acquisition of Tenerife Assets Company SL
- Room Mate Hospitality & Leisure SL acquiring Staying Valencia
- HBX Group acquiring Perfectstay.com SAS
Several potential acquisitions and exits are also being explored. To name a few:
- The Netherlands-based Royal A-Ware wants to acquire the smaller competitor, the Flemish The Dairy Food Group
- Carpetright, a chain based in England, launched a sales process with PwC as advisor
