DAC6 is the EU Directive that aims to prevent aggressive tax planning and to strengthen transparency on cross-border tax arrangements.
As of January 2021, the data portal of the Dutch Tax Administration is available for reporting. To log on to the portal, eHerkenning level 3 or higher is required. Also for submitting your DAC6 reports to the Dutch tax authorities by webform, you’ll need eHerkenning for entities and DigiD for individuals. Do you already have eHerkenning to report a DAC6 disclosure? It could take several weeks to process your application for eHerkenning.
