We believe that reinforcement of learning after a live online training, a classroom training and/or an eLearning is an important part to make learning a success and to see real results in practice.
We use a digital learning tool for this, a so-called reinforcement tool. This prevents the participants from coming back from a training or eLearning course and quickly forgetting the information they just learned.
Based on the learning objectives of the learning programme or training course, we design a series of microlearning elements. Using this digital learning tool, we send the participants a series of learning messages, a form of microlearning, at different moments in the learning process. These learning messages include assignments to be applied in practice, tips & tricks and pitfalls, self-reflections to be sent to the trainer or repetitions of what was learned during the training. This helps the participants to remember the new knowledge and skills they have acquired during the training and to apply them in their work.
The participants receive the learning messages on a mobile device such as a phone or tablet, but they can also choose to receive the learning messages on their computer. In the digital learning tool, it is also possible to measure the improvement of the application of what has been learned in practice by means of assessments. Participants also receive feedback on this, which stimulates them to further put into practice what they have learned.
