About this training

An instructor-led upskilling session which consists of a tailored training session specifically designed for members of management boards. This upskilling session covers:

  • the material sustainability related legislative sources;
  • general duties responsibilities and liabilities of board members and how these change due to sustainability legislation and developments;
  • sustainability governance elements, based on PwC’s broad governance expertise

 A blended board members' learning journey which includes for example:

  • access to PwC’s Academy online learning platform for (supervisory) board members;
  • introductory e-learning(s) (to be selected based on your (supervisory) board’s needs) covering sustainability related upskilling information;
  • live training session(s) completely tailored to the board’s sustainability upskilling needs;
  • Follow-up e-learning (if desired); and
  • Q&A platform.

Learning objectives

  • Gain an understanding of current and emerging sustainability regulations at national and international levels.

  • Understand the board’s role and responsibilities in overseeing sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.
