Integrity equals behavior. PwC is based on organizational integrity, in order to define the desired behavior together with the organization. The big difference with other advisers is that PwC does not use the personal integrity of each individual employee as a starting point, but starts from the need of the organization to match the behavior of employees to the requirements of the organization, the regulator and society.
PwC is based on the integrity triangle, whereby the various elements of behavior can be managed by means of a balanced system of control measures.
PwC prefers to design codes of conduct together with a group of approximately 12 employees who form a cross-section of the organization, without the working group becoming chaotic. This creates a balanced code and the working group members are also ambassadors for the code.
