Approach

The Smart Automation and Quantitative Solutions team has developed a Data Analytics Academy in line with the client’s wishes. The Academy is a multi-phase upskilling program, comprising a fundamentals training for the entire workforce and an advanced training for the digital accelerators of the future. The Academy covers a mix of online learnings, virtual classroom sessions including business-related ideation sessions to create solutions solving business problems and to generate employee engagement.

Result

This programme contains a people-led approach and stimulates the employees to proactively embrace technology. Personal commitment and employee engagement increases and technology adoption gets stronger. Employees are capable of working side-by-side with technology. This has resulted in a reduction of operational costs, improved employee satisfaction and an increase in business optimizations.
