Mass Advance App
The Mass Advance app enables HR personnel to complete multiple hires at once by simplifying the the data gathering, selection, and detailing process for new employee hires. Once candidates are selected and assigned to a predefined job profile, most of the required fields in Workday are auto-populated based on the set job profile,allowing HR to make additional changes if necessary.
